Transaction Process.
A structured, transparent, and secure process for all counterparties — conducted in accordance with internationally recognized commodity trading practices.
Initial Offer & Buyer Response
Each transaction begins with the issuance of a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO). The buyer responds with an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and Proof of Funds (POF), confirming both intent and financial capability.
Contract Execution
Upon alignment of commercial terms, parties proceed to execute a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Where required, contracts are supported by legal validation, notarization, and apostille — ensuring enforceability across jurisdictions and meeting institutional banking standards.
Proof of Product
The seller provides a comprehensive Proof of Product (POP) package, which may include certificates of origin, product specifications, tank storage receipts, and authorization for independent verification — ensuring full operational transparency.
Quality & Quantity Verification
Product validation is conducted through internationally recognized inspection agencies including SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas. Full Q&Q (Quantity & Quality) confirmation is obtained prior to settlement, ensuring product integrity at every stage.
Financial Settlement
Settlement is structured through secure bank-to-bank instruments, with strong preference for Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC – MT700) and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC – MT760). All transactions are executed under international banking protocols — UCP 600 compliant.
Delivery & Lifting
Delivery is executed under agreed Incoterms — FOB, CIF, Tank-to-Tank (TTT), or Tank-to-Vessel (TTV) — supported by dip tests and certified inspection reports prior to final settlement, ensuring that product integrity and contractual obligations are fully satisfied.
Institutional-Grade Compliance
Our approach is flexible and can be tailored to the specific operational, financial, and regulatory requirements of each counterparty.
