- A binding service commitment without a separate written agreement
- A guarantee of product availability or transit times
- A financial, legal, or investment advisory service
3. Eligibility
By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are acting on behalf of a legally registered entity
- You have full authority to represent such entity
- You are not subject to sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions
- You comply with all applicable US and international laws
4. Use of Platform
Users may only use the platform for legitimate commercial purposes related to gas and oil logistics. Prohibited activities include:
- Unauthorized data extraction or scraping
- Misrepresentation of identity or authority
- Submission of false or misleading information

5. Regulatory Compliance Obligations

6. Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the business relationship.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and documentation on this platform are the property of LIGO USA. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use materials for external purposes without written authorization.

LIGO may engage third parties including carriers, terminal operators, and customs brokers. The Company is not responsible for the actions, performance, or failures of such third parties beyond the scope of our direct service agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIGO shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Force majeure events affecting logistics operations
- Regulatory delays outside LIGO's control
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIGO USA from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws or regulations.
11. Termination
LIGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any party at any time, without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary.
12. Governing Law
